I am needing Motivation. I can sit and make out a great plan to workout and eat right. Have all the time inthe world to do everything I need to do in a day, and STILL have down time. But I can’t be motivated to do it when the time comes. Something has to give. I havent lost any more weight because of it. Been at the same for months now because I haven’t been motivated to advance.

I don’t like meetings, and get panic attacks talking infront of people. So a group thing that isn’t just the girls getting together to go hiking or dancing I can’t do. Discourages me.

Soooooooooooooo …. i asm trying something.. My plan is to get up 630 every morning. Workout for 30 minutes and then walk the dog. Then shower at 715 and be ready for work by 815. Get lunch for work packed and enjoy a magazine for a few minutes till I have to leave at 840. So …I belive that is realistic….. The motivation is what is needed at 630 am. LOL I am planning on pasteing a few photos of people I find attractive and think I could look like, on my bathroom mirror. But Also these people are people I admire or respect as individuals. And then next to them a picture of me in a bathing suit or something.

Ok there is my idea. …Eatting is not an issue. It is the exercise. thanks for listening.

    Great plan with your morning exercise. It’s a great way to start off the day. However, I suggest you take it a day at a time. If you’re not used to working out, maybe 30 minutes is too much. Start off slow and build on it. Slow and steady is the best way to do it.
